How this website uses browser storage

Optimanova does not use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. Our self-hosted Matomo analytics is configured without tracking cookies. We therefore do not display an advertising or analytics consent banner.

Strictly necessary security or preference storage may still be used when required to protect the website or remember a choice. For example, Cloudflare may set a security cookie after a challenge, and the Matomo opt-out control may store your exclusion preference. These mechanisms are not used to build advertising profiles.

Privacy-first analytics

We use Matomo to understand aggregate website usage and improve our content. Our implementation uses the following safeguards:

  • Cookieless measurement: Matomo tracking cookies are disabled.
  • IP anonymisation: IP addresses are anonymised before analytics processing.
  • Self-hosting: analytics data is kept on Optimanova's European hosting environment.
  • Do Not Track: browser Do Not Track signals are respected where supported by the analytics configuration.
  • Limited retention: analytics data is scheduled for deletion after 26 months.

Opt out of analytics

You can disable Matomo tracking for this browser with the control below. The control may store a strictly necessary preference so that your choice can be remembered.

External services and essential storage

  • Cloudflare: provides CDN and security services. A strictly necessary security cookie such as cf_clearance may be created after a challenge.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: protects contact and application forms against automated abuse and may use essential browser storage for security verification.
  • Fonts: Montserrat is served directly from Optimanova's own website, without a request to Google Fonts.
  • Ionicons via unpkg: supplies interface icons on selected pages.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking or Meta Pixel on this website.

Managing browser data

You can delete or block cookies and site data from your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary security mechanisms may prevent a form or protected page from working correctly.
